Rules and Regulations

  • The student/hosteller should strictly follow hostel's rules and regulations.All the illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Students/hosteller can't smoke and drink alcohol around hostel area.
  • Students/hosteller should pay monthly free in advance basis. Rupees 5000/- (Five Thousand) will be charged as a admission fee.
  • If the student does not stay in the hostel for more than 15 consecutive days (while on leave) the monthly fee will be reduced 10% on the day of confirmation and this facility will be available only once a year.
  • The mess timings are as follows and the students should strictly adhere to these timings: Breakfast : 6.30 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. Lunch : 9.00 noon to 10.30 a.m. Snacks : 2.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Dinner : 7.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
  • The hostel operator will not be held accountable in the event of any untoward incident like suicide, disappearance while leaving the hostel, loss of contact, student marriage etc.
  • Students must fill out an admission form in the presence of a parent. When filling the form, it is mandatory to attach a photocopy of Citizenship / License / ID-Card with photo and introduction.
  • The boarders will have to strictly adhere to rules and instructions of the Hostel.
  • Hostel leave will be from Dashain to Chhath. Between Dashain and Tihar, there will be mutual understanding between students and hostel management for college institutes. But hostel management administration will not be obliged to operate hostels.
